Our Summary of Fees, Terms, and Conditions
1. We commit to providing you with our services on the most efficient, and flexible basis possible.
2. We commonly charge a flat fee for most projects: A typical initial intelligence/investigation probe and the accompanying analysis/report for our corporate clients is charged at a set fee of $3,250. Fees for complex cases with multiple target sets and objectives can range substantially higher. For reports due within 10 business days of project initiation, a 10% rush fee will be charged; for reports due within 5 business days, a 25% rush fee will be charged.
3. Hourly rates are $450 an hour.
4. Travel expenses when necessary are incurred at the most economical, yet refundable rates.
5. The deposit/retainer on most projects is the initial project fee of $3,250, and is refundable, if work has not commenced, less the initial project consultation fee of $625. Complex investigations may involve a more substantial retainer.
6. You must be satisfied with our services (independent of the outcome of your data) or you do not owe a fee.
